This study is to test the safety and effectiveness of an investigational drug in subjects with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus compared to other drugs in controlling blood sugar

Male or female  age 18 or older, with Type 2 Diabetes for 1 year or longer
Body Mass Index (BMI) less than or equal to 45
Have not received Insulin Therapy in the last 2 Years
Have not be treated with Weight Loss Medication in the most recent 3 months
Have not had any episodes of sever hypoglycemia, diabetic ketoacidosis in the most recent 6 months

Eligible participants who qualify and complete the study will be compensated for time and travel for an amount up to $400.
